I feel really bad for the fans of the original work. As someone whose favorite show/manga was fujoshified as well (Zettai Karen Children), I absolutely am in your boat. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Well it was part of the parody in the first episode. It doesn't stay that way. Kind of genius on the marketing part though.

Did you watch the episode? They don't actually look like that and aren't fujoshified. The whole fujoshi thing was a joke.
