Can't add genre 'Magic' for Windy Tales?

When I try to add the genre 'Magic' for Windy Tales (Fuujin Monogatari), I get this error message:

What's up with that? I wasn't trying to add 'Fantasy', but 'Magic'. Windy Tales certainly isn't Fantasy, but I think Magic is very fitting. Is this a bug in the Encyclopedia frontend?

"Fantasy" has been manually rejected for that title (with that error message) but I can't see why that would stop you adding Magic, unless there's some sort of double-negative going on with the mutual exclusivity. I would try fiddling around with the Fantasy datum, but it is probably better to leave it for Dan to look at first.
