So they are actually referring to Jump here as "Jump" and not "Jack".
So far, I really can't see even the tiniest Mashiro and Takagi feel in both of the lead actors, but I hope they'll prove me wrong with their performances.

IIRC the only instance in which the magazine was refered to as Jack (and the logo was changed to that of a Jack of Spades) was the anime, the manga uses Jump and the regular pirate logo. I always wondered why they had to change it for the anime, when they had no trouble making uncensored references to Ashita no Joe and Dragon Ball
ETA: The anime also changed the company's name from Shueisha to Yueisha

Crow: The tv station probably gotta pay for an official endorsement in the anime.

Speculation: "Bakuman" the anime was on NHK, which is public television, so there may have been issues with taxpayer-funded programming using the name of a real company.
Counter-speculation: Except NHK had a live-action series called "Massan" last year about the lives of the couple who founded Nikka Distilleries, a real whiskey company....though I don't know if they altered the company's name in that or not.
