This'll be interesting. I wonder what the Japanese will think of it? I hope they like it.

I'm curious as to how much notice Adventure Time will get in Japan. Perhaps the general public wouldn't care for it, but I'm sure there are some people that would be interested in watching shows whose animation can't be seen within the country.

There are Americanophiles in Japan who love watching western animation. It's the counterpart to Japanophiles in the west who love watching anime.

To leafy sea dragon's point about Japanese fans of American animation,I can see her point. It's a shame that fans of American animation aren't portrayed in manga or anime. I'd love to see a character in Japanese manga and anime who's a fan of American cartoons. That would be interesting to see.
