I can't believe(I do believe it) they decided to choose this anime. What's done is done. I hope this will be a more enjoyable watch now.

Dunno about "enjoyable" as I can't get past the off modeling, derivative everything and middling animation myself. Getting names isn't the direction I'd choose to correct.
And all the new characters are women. Even GTO, awkward comparison as it is, threw a few guys into the mix.

It's kinda funny if you realize that 2 of the new cast sings the opening theme... [Natsukawa and Takagaki (Ayahi, member of Sphere that will sing the 2nd OP)] , where previously we had Tenchan and Aki on the list...
And if only A-1 gives this project more budget... probably their budget went to Cinderella Girls next season or what?

I definitely can assume that Cinderella girls got the most budget and this got the leftovers

Interesting additions (M·A·O, Hirano Aya, Hanazawa Kana, Namikawa Daisuke and more), but the odd character design (their movement is borderline sloppy at times) and stale plot are the show's biggest drawbacks.

These two are males.

Aniplex's show doing so bad that instead of fixing the actual glaring problems with it like horrible animation quality and awful characters they're just trying to patch it up by hiring a bunch more popular voice actors. Pretty sad really.

So this show is 2-cour, thanks A-1 but still, this adaptation is not good for me.

Jack I doubt they really care since they have Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade works and Cinderella Girls to cover the losses from this. This probably why they just throwing some more popular VAs at it instead of actually trying make it work better.

Fate maybe in terms of whatever the Blu-Rays sell, but Cinderella Girls the majority of the revenue is going to Bandai itself since the G4U version vastly outsells it and they are the actual owners of the franchise and entitled to the vast majority of whatever revenue it pulls in. Most likely Aniplex just gets to keep whatever the BD/DVD only versions can muster and whatever commission A-1 Pictures is getting to animate the thing.
That's the problem when you don't own the vast majority of the franchises you distribute and produce anime for and just sort of pick from whatever is already popular and might sell Blu-Rays in an animated format. When they do that it tends to work out for them, when they try to do their own thing or work outside of that structure is where you get a lot of the misses with the occasional hit like Madoka.
Also UtaPri is one of the thing things A-1 Pictures does that they don't do their own distribution for, instead having it go to King Records so they probably don't make much more than commission off of that either as well and that's the most profitable A-1 title of the season. Essentially that largely leaves Fate.
