Honestly, I saw that image and thought " did Araki see my Araki/Rohan fan fiction and decide to run with it?"

But if this book came out in English, I'm totally getting it.

Step3: ?
Step4: Profit!

And this is coming form a fan who has read ALL of JOJO.
The author does not age btw. and i would read a book about how he does that instead.

I'm betting the steps r

1. Name your character after your favorite band or singer or a fashion designer.
2. Make it insanely violent
3. Make sure your manga is homoerotic as possible.
4. Thong wearing vampires
5. Muscled bound man with midriff shirts
