Were this an American dub of a Digimon TV series, I can speculate the censorship would be 4kids-style.

This. I dont think she looks like C.C. at all. Maybe if she was drawn in a Clamp-esque style. lol

Digimon is dead in the west. They tried to revive it with a bad dub of Xros Wars but I don't think it aired any new episodes in almost a year.

lol, maybe it's just me, but her hair reminded me a lot of C.C.'s hair.
