It'd be funny if these two series gets an cross over OVA in the future. Anyways, looking forward to this. I love the manga so hopefully this will be faithfully adapted.
Most likely a 2 cour show as well.

Given that the series started Oct. 10, '12 and is nearing its 100th ch., it would do either of these: need plenty of filler for 2 cour or they have up to 13 episodes and wait awhile for the next cour.

They could easily fill a two cour show with what's available, the problem is that they'd have to wait years to have enough left over to do another season. It could go either way.

Attack on Titan adapted 34 Chapters to get a 2 Cour series. I think they have more then enough for a 2 Cour season for Seven Deadly Sins if there is 100 Chapters.

70-80 chapters are enough for 2 cour anime.
