I'm pretty sure Code Geass will be licensed eventually (money's on ADV or Bandai Visual) as its quite a strong contender based on the DVD sales in Japan.

My money for Geass is on Bandai, with an announcement at AX.

I'd prefer Bandai Entertainment over Bandai Visual any day. But, it would be quite nice if ADV got it. There are a lot of ADV voices I'd love to hear in the roles.

I... Battle Stage 2 ? I feel embarrassed as a Initial D fan not knowing it has come out.

Considering it's a Bandai property it will either be out from Bandai or Bandai Visual. Hopefully it will be Bandai Entertainment, therefore saying all of us lots of money.

Yep. And like the previous Battle Stage, this one has a few "bonuses" like:
- Keisuke's race vs. Atsuro Kawai's BNR-34 of the Seven Star Leaf - not shown in the Fourth Stage anime;
- Keisuke's race vs. "Smiley" Sakai's DC2 Integra turbo of the Todo Racing School - also not shown in the Fourth Stage anime.
- Takumi's race against Bunta's Type-R Impreza - now with Eurobeat (IIRC).
This is just to keep the fan interest running until Fifth Stage is released.

What "bonuses" did they have in the first Battle Stage? Only thing I remember is that they redid some CG and added new music.

Have they even begun production of it yet? I have a feeling it will be a fairly long wait for 5th stage.

I agree with you completely. Bandai Entertainment needs to be the one who handles the Code Geass license. It is pretty much a 100% guarantee that Code Geass will get licensed this summer and that Bandai will license it. I have a question. Anyone know why Bandai has both Bandai Entertainment and Bandai Visual licensing anime?

I believe the Encyclopedia summaries will give you a good place to start.

I'd much rather have Bandai Entertainment on Geass as well. I actually do not mind Bandai Visual handling short TV series and OVAs, but if they were to handle something the length of Geass even my tolerance (and wallet) wouldn't go that far. If Bandai Ent. did indeed license it I'm sure that would be their big summer announcement if they even have one.
