Is it just me or did the animation quality of the latest episode degree a bit? I mean, Cana's face..
Anyways, I expect some heavy action coming up soon KABO.

The fight we were waiting for: Natsu vs Rogue!
Guess that one was inevitable.
Loved the Shadow Dragon Mode.
Shame Natsu wasn't strong enough..
What was with the sinking in shadow part?
Hope he isn't crossing to the dark side.
Eclipse cannon countdown started.
They have the cannon & all the wizards against the dragons.
What could possibly go wrong?
Of course Rogue has to be right.
Wonder what possessed Lucy to act like that.
Can't wait to see how it'll play out next time!

Episode 191, (2014 Episode 16)
Of course the biggest twist will be that Rogue accidentally got the facts mixed up and it was that Lucy has to close the portal to stop the dragons. Because I think it is highly likely that the time portal being above a dragon graveyard is going to have a bad effect. But what could make Rogue kill Sting?
And the date, that makes it what, exactly 14 years or something since the dragons disappeared. I am kind of reminded of Lucy going blank eyed like that during Real Nightmare.

Not just you, I had to think in order to recognize her...
In some occasions, the quality was really bad, but in others, for example the fight between Natsu and Rogue it was good.

Yeah, that was also my impression. I have no idea why Rogue did that ( maybe that shadow thing has something to do with it ). In addition, Jellal has something in mind and I don't know what exactly it is. All these things make me love this arc, there is too much of a mystery in every situation. I’m really hooked

Yes, the Arc is kicking much ass, so far. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but it only occurred to me that the dragons would come out of the Eclipse door a few minutes before the preview came on and confirmed it. Oh well, I'm the same guy who knew there was a twist in the Sixth Sense and didn't figure it out until it was revealed, so...
It's going to be cool to watch the various Guilds working together for once.

And here I thought seven would be a lucky number...
It was a decent set up episode but felt somewhat fast. Anyways, it's easy to guess (without watching the preview) who the 7th dragon slayer is if you've watched the Oracion Seis arc and the anime original filler arc awhile ago (Oracion Seis REBORN) as well.
We might get some flashbacks next time based on that PV but there should still be plenty of action. Can't wait~

Episode 192, (2014 Episode 17)
AKA: Holly crap there are dragons! Lets just stand here and yell at Lucy to save the day.
Why was I suddenly thinking of Dark Souls in the episode? Well a team of Dragon Slayers vs Dragons will be fun.

So Lucy was right after all.
Opening the portal was the worst possible thing they could've done.
They just made things worse.
Seems like it's better not to know the future.
Trying to fix it just led to the outcome they were trying to stop.
Lucy was the only one not frozen by shock.
The dragons are here, deal with it!!
Only 7 though, but still.
Luckily, you do have some dragon slayers. Use them!
Damn, didn't think celestial magic would be the one to close the gate.
Future Rogue really was the evil one.
Things are sure gonna be interesting from now on.

7th Dragonslayer? Hell, I'm having a hard time remembering the first six.
Obviously there is Natsu, Wendy and Gajeel from Fairy Tail; Rogue and Sting from Sabertooth - but who's the sixth?

Welp, look who is back at the end. I actually welcome the sight of Cobra since it's been awhile since I've seen him in action. We'll probably see just that next episode.
7 on 7. IT BEGINS.

Natsu went straight for the head - Rogue.
Smart thinking, but a challenge.
There are 6 more dragon to defeat, not counting the one he's on.
*sigh* Fairy Tail didn't even get a break after the games..
Gray & Juvia make a sweet team.
Seems like Gray is starting to accept her.
Non dragon slayer magic has no effect on the dragons.
Still, it was fun watching them try.
Zirconis seemed to be the only one willing to talk.
Evil Rogue as Dragon King, not a pretty thought.
So Natsu opened the dragon killing season! Cool!

I like the sound of that.
Episode 193, (2014 Episode 18)
Still it took an entire episode to get across what I thought the show had stated quite often before, that dragons are resistant to normal magic and require dragon slayer magic to be beaten. A really nice observation, Natsu does not seem to suffer motion sickness while riding on a dragon, in fact he seems very mobile, maybe something about the entire weakness thing. And talking about weaknesses, clearly Natsu has chosen the wrong target, there is one made of flames that pretty much has his name on it.
We got some interesting combos in the episode, but it felt a little low since I could tell that none of them would work, and all the dragon slayers seemed to decide and wait. special note to Gray and Juvia.
