I have sadly lost alot of faith in any upcoming Final Fantasy titles. for the past few years it seems they would rather try and bleed evry cent out of each new FF title they release. Instead of creating new characters and storys. Final Fantasy 10 had FF10v2. Final Fantasy 13 had 13-2 and Lightning Returns. Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't find Lightning to be all that wonderful and I thought most people felt the same way. Not to mention the HD remakes of games they have been putting out just to earn a quick buck. They made that awful Theatrhythm game. They had to rehaul Final Fantasy 14 altogether. Final Fantasy 15 has been in the works for a longtime now. Especially when you consider it was supposed to not even be FF15. Sorry can't remember what it was supposed to be at the moment. I really hope that the 1 pixelated number on the website isn't a hint that they are just gonna redo FF 10 with 8-16 bit graphics as some horrible cell phone port. The only titles I personally care to see redone with current gen graphics and not just a HD remix would be FF6 from SNES or FF7 from ps1 era. I have a feeling either of those would bring in a whole lot of money. Heck I'd take a 8-16 bit FF7 anyday over FF13-2 or Lightning Returns. It seems like sim/strategy games have gotten a little more popular maybe it is time for a new Final Fantasy Tactics game. Not trying to complain I just remeber how great Final Fantasy games used to be. When you saw a Square or Square/Enix logo you knew it was gonna be something memorable. Maybe I'm just getting old but the last few Final Fantasy games have fallen far short of what I would expect from a company who once made such incredble games.

What SE needs to do is to make an HD remake of Front Mission 4 and 5 for the PS4 or port the games to the Vita maybe with Front Mission 2089 I-II as a bonus in the game.

I think final fantasy 9 was my favorite out of all the FF games, I tried FF12 I couldn't get into it. I thought of trying FF11 but never had good internet connection.
I"m enjoy FF14 though. but after 9 i became disapointed I can't seem to find something like 9 it was a great storyline for me. |
