What's Up With Media Cavern?

Has anyone ordered anything from Media Cavern lately? When I try to place an order, it won't let me select a credit card (the dropdown list is empty), and it won't let me place an order without selecting a credit card.

I've tried to e-mail their CustomerCare, but after three inquiries in as many weeks and no response, I'm wondering if they're still in business. Or is it just me?
