While Yolanda from Black Lagoon is related to the category, she's not a priest, she's a nun. There is an assistant priest there who showed up once, and undoubtedly the Mother Superior is in charge of that operation, though in all likelihood the whole thing is a CIA front posing as a Church.

I can't comment on whether he belongs in front of any of the others on the List, as I haven't seen any of their anime. But this is immediately the character I thought of when I saw this week's List. |
