On their page, there should be a box that says "(username), can you contribute any of the following?" Choose "Given name (in kanji)" and click "I know this". Then enter the kanji or kana, and the source, in the appropriate fields. It's preferable to use an official site where the kanji or kana is displayed as the source, like this

I enjoyed Sphere at Animelo Summer Live 2013: they are still getting better.
