"Kitchen Princess" and "Addicted to Curry". Both manga have recipes at the end of each chapter.

I know that they really aren't called 'anime', but I will never forgive you for not including Ghibili film foods. Ghibli foods deserve their own book though lol.

Gensomaden Saiyuki had the best looking Chinese food I've ever seen.
And they eat A LOT. :p

One of the earliest to do it, some DVD extras on Princess Nine have "Ode to Oden" video recipes of the food in the show:
