"Best Animated Sci-Fi Feature" at a film festival? That's awful limiting, isn't it? How many sci-fi animated features did they have at this festival?
EDIT: I checked their website. Exactly ONE. Hee hee.
I saw this at one of the New York screenings last month. It was decidedly so-so, and I had a feeling that if I hadn't JUST WATCHED Mospeda, I would've been completely lost. The animation was also nothing to write home about, although I admit they did a pretty good job for the budget they had.
Might as well call it "Best Animated Sci-Fi Feature with the word 'Shadow' in the title". [/i]

How many more times is this thing going to be delayed before it's released? Are they actually going to get around to releasing it sometime or is it going to wind up as another Robotech 2: The Sentinels?

I had a feeling that it was the only animated feature in that section. What a lame award!

I don't think that's true. There have been other Talk-Back first posts on Wednesdays this month.
Now, if you were to tell me I won the "First Post in This Particular Talk-Back Topic Thread This Morning In The Ten-O'Clock EDT Hour" award, THAT I can believe.

Oh Joy. Yet another Robotech release that's delayed. Have they ever actually released anything on schedule?
