It's a shame I cannot get into the ninja storm games as I really enjoyed Generations, Rise of a Ninja & Broken Bonds (to name the more recent console releases). I've owned all three and never seem to be able to make it past the second arc. 38 costumes - it's becoming more and more like DOA

As someone who has played all the storm games i can say this game in general is disappointing. The game is riddled with silly glitches that should have been fixed by now. There are a bunch of characters that should have been included in the game but aren't for whatever reason(the trailers were not clear on this).
Not to mention the game is extremely unbalanced and even attempting to play this game on a serious level would be nothing short of a joke against most players.
Honestly i think that CyberConnect2 caught the dreaded "Capcom" disease that causes a company to take advantage of a fanbase and release a bunch of crap that no one wants. But with the giant following Naruto has it doesn't even matter.
Really this dlc should be free for those who already have the game. Since the dlc contains all the dlc that has been released thus far you are basically paying for something that you already have........it's quite BS.

I don't think I wanna re-buy a game for the dlc costumes lol. I might download the story dlc if I feel like it, otherwise I predict this was the last storm game for me. I find that they progressively became worse and worse. Storm 1 was good, 2 was a little worse but fun regardless, generations was bleh, and storm 3 was just not fun. Plus, is it just me or is CC2 becoming a worse company with each passing year :/

It's just you. Asura's Wrath was awesome and the new JoJo is reaaaally fun. CC2 does more than Naruto and shouldn't be judged on one IP.

I wonder. .Hack is my all time most favorite anime/video game franchise, yet they completely abandoned it for naruto :/

I think its safe to judge a company by how they treat their most successful series' fans.

At least they were nice enough to throw in a new character and scenario in it. Game of the Year is usually just DLC packaged together.
