I don't think the above OAV exists. I've made a search in the japanese wikipedia and the official site but don't see the mention of it.

I'd say it has been seriously delayed. It was scheduled to be released in summer 2005, but no information is available until three days ago.

By the way, use the [url] tag next time. The ultra-long Unicode URL of Wikipedia destroys forum formatting.
