Now, this is a series I am looking forward to. The first season was silly to me, but I felt that a second season might help in improving the story and the characters.

It will most likely be censored, but it is better than nothing.

Got a feeling this is one of those deals they have with Sentai, where CR simulcast it first. Then the Anime Network will stream their version a month later, while Sentai gets the home video rights.

Because that first season seemed to sell pretty well, so I don't think Sentai would've passed on this one.

I'm not a fan of covering the screen with ink blots

Anyways, if CR is getting it on the same day and there's no regular broadcast yet, then I'd assume AT-X's is also sadly censored.
