I don't know which manga you were talking about as your scanlation link had been removed already by a mod, but I can tell you that there are waaaay too many manga titles out there, far more than anime titles. ANN already has more manga than anime in the Encyclopedia, yet the actual number of manga not in the Encyclopedia is probably 10 to 20 times more.

RapidEyeMovement, you can submit manga to be added to the encyclopedia at: animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/new-manga.php (you can also find a link to that by clicking on the Encyclopedia tab). It looks like at least a couple of the ones you mentioned are already in the queue. Make sure to check if titles are in the queue, including checking under alternate names, before sujbmitting new titles. Since there are over 1,500 titles in the queue waiting for approval, it will probably take a long time for the ones you want to be added (unless someone just decides to add them because they saw this topic). The criteria on which titles get priority to be added first are listed in the Criteria For Priority Adds thread. Basically, titles licensed in the US, titles adapted to or from anime, and titles by famous mangaka get priority. If any of the titles you want added fit those criteria they may be added soon, but if they don't, you may have to wait a long time.
