April eh, well I know what i'll be getting for my B-day this year! Hope the movie is good. I liked Marvel's past anime endeavors well enough but theres always room for improvement!

Only if it gets some advertising by being aired on TV during a time other than a late night time slot on a channel that no one watches anymore (MTV).
(and yes, it would help if it is a good movie too)

Doesn't even need that to outsell any anime release. The fact that it will actually be in stores like wal-mart and target already means it will sell better. Oh and it's called iron-Man

Given how bad the anime did and the cover, it looks like an Avengers movie cash grab. Maybe like Gotham Knight or something.

Based on the trailer, its definitely not a compilation film like Gotham Knight or Animatrix. It seems to be a fairly straightforward anime film based on Iron Man, not unlike the anime TV series. Whether or not its a direct follow up to the series, I don't know, but its probably just more "adventures of Iron Man" animated by the Japanese.

I'm waiting for anime Spider-Man, even better, Ultimate Anime Spider-Man! Ooh, with Ultimate Anime Spider-Woman! Now there's an underused character.
