what happened to the new Tenchi ova

I have looked and can not find the second DVD to the new Tenchi ova I thought it was going to be released in nov 05

It's been delayed for some reason--when in doubt, check the Encyclopedia page for the anime you want--according to it, the second and third discs will be released in September and November 2006.

You missed this article.

Volume 2: September 12th.
Volume 3: November 7th.
