Looking forward to this one quite a bit. I've heard its actually based on a very good selling LN (the 2nd best selling of all the Incesty LN, behind Oreimo), so it has to do something special to separate itself from the pack.

as soon as i read "The story centers around a boy..." I decided not to watch this show. I dont wanna see this typical crap with a male lead and some chicks. give me a female lead with a decent story.

Well according to the ANN article, its averaged 71k a volume so far. Obviously it would, since there are many LNs out there like that who struggle to get over 5k sales. 71k sales is outdoing stuff like Accel World and Nyaruko post anime. It could get over 120k sales due to the anime, and that puts it in pretty rare company. Only about 10 LNs sell over 120k on a normal basis. |

this is coming from a girl who doesn't like harems....a total bishie girl...but I HAVE watched a few like Oreimo, PapaKiki etc. And somehow this anime gives me a vibe that it will be different than the summer spoiler[crappy harem]....uh.... harem anime we had this summer.
( forgive me but I couldn't stand any of em....oh wait! hagure yuusha's ok!) so I'm looking forward to this. if this is anything like papakiki, its a winner in my book. I'm still sad about papakiki's anime sales. |
