I'd feel bad posting only a laughie face so, despite the fact I have absolutely nothing else to add to it, I'll mention that I am very much enjoying this show and hope it gets a North American release in a decent time frame. |

That said, you're right, I've been thinking "just bone already!" for months. Mostly because I want to see Chitanda's incredibly polite and proper take on sex. |

I don't think of Chitanda as a sexual being at all. I just think she is adorable in the extreme. Some chaste hand-holding or perhaps a peck on the cheek is all I'm willing to watch.

Remember she got drunk once, she really liked those chocolates. But I don't think she is the type of personally to purposely act sexually, although some of her actions do have her getting very close to Houtarou, but probably more evidence that she does not think about it. But she did blush here from being close, perhaps more aware of him, kind of like how Haruhi started to give a damn about Kyon seeing her change.

Chitanda in a kimono - <3. Sappy New Year, indeed. I wish Oreki had at least spoiler[told her how nice she looked.] But then again that would have required the expenditure of energy, wouldn't it? |

Chitanda did look nice, and I don't know what they talking about, spoiler[getting locked with Chitanda] would be good luck. But I can sympathize with her problem.

Oreki & Chitanda on New Year date?
She really looked nice in traditional clothes. It was nice seeing Oreki clueless for once, even if it was short. Getting locked in a shed was kinda silly. That Oreki sure is full of interesting and useful ideas. |

Eru Chitanda looks so cute! Overall, this episode still had a Hyouka like feeling to it especially when the spoiler[duo being stuck in that room, ALL ALONE and in cold weather.] Also, a misfortune for Oreki during the New Year? Damn right. Next week's going to wrap the whole series up so should be a fun watch. |

Are you sure about that? The ANN Encyclopedia lists it as having 24 eppies - not that that necessarily means anything, of course.

Yeah, I was pretty sure they where going to give us a final 3 episode arc with some crazy mystery. Well ok, maybe not crazy, because that has never been the tone of the show. But something.

Eleven BDs with two episodes each only pans out to 22 episodes, one of which is the OVA. So yea, only 21 episodes will air.
