I was thinking the same thing.

I don't know how much luck they are going to get with "nailing the anime style", because I personally think nailing some other style doesn't quite come out nailed. There's nothing wrong with a US company trying to make the anime style, but imitation doesn't always work correctly.

I enjoy american shows like simpsons style, Family guy etc. I watch anime because it comes from Japan, not because of the way it looks. Americans should stick with what we know best, comedies, and the all too expensive Pixar films Razz

I think there is, get your own style. They don't want the really decent storytelling, they just want the art in the hopes that people will confuse their stuff with anime and buy it. I would hope no one on here would help them.

And when will people learn that Big EYes, tits, robots and Anime smile does not an Anime make? Anime isn't a style, nor is Manga, it's a freakin' label.

PS a titmouse is an actual kind of you know.. animal, thing.

i remember looking for "bush tit" pictures for some bird drawings, and i got err.. all these porn sites.. (i was a 4th grader too!) not a happy sight

Yeah that is one funny name for a company, but i personally know some of the animators there and they do some pretty sick stuff. One of them is japanese, Junpei, and his style is pretty cool

and the other John is korean and he has 15 years of industry experience and his stuff kicks ass so they pretty much got the anime style down pat. I learned a lot from these guys...

Still... a funny name for an animation company.

Now this is funny name for a company. Chances are whether it's an innocent name or not it still stirs some trouble. But hey, they'll tell you "get your mind out of the gutter!" Wink

I guess they weren't watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail when they thought of the name.
