Live action Your Under Arrest is like a bad train wreck you cant help watch.

Live action GTO on the other hand was very good imho.

I've only watched some of the older live action anime adaptions such as guyver and crying freeman.Guyver was very low budget and cheesy and crying freeman was rubbish as well.I feel some of the new anime adaptions coming such as Battle Angel Alita could be good.

With GTO they had a really good cast and an anime perfect for adaptation. Funny thing is the female lead is Onizuka's perfect woman.

I have never seen a one of the live actions you speak of, but it seems like they would be low budget and would not be able to be good because of funding. Maybe if some big wealthy company decided to do one, it mgiht look good.

What's live action anime, I've never heard of it? I heard they were doing this with Sailor Moon, but I didn't know what they were talking about. Very Happy

Are you joking or do you honestly not know?If its the latter what we mean by live action anime is a live action adaption of an anime, you know not an animated feature.

Yeah, the biggest change being that now he gets most of his pay checks through voice acting. Most noteworthy is his role as the Joker in all of those DC Comics toons that are shown on WB and CN.

Yeah, the thing is, he actually looks a lot like Muska so if they were to do a live action version he'd be able to play the part there as well.

(talk about bringing a topic full circle)

Slightly off-topic, but Takashi Sorimachi who played Onizuka in live action GTO actually married Nanako Matsushima (the heroine) in real life, too. I heard that GTO brought them together.
