It has been pushed back to December. But I think we will see it on shelves in Janurary.

don't know about usa but in australia it's mean't to be available in 16 february 2006 Sad , we get it heaps later it isn't fair i want it now lol Very Happy

Been pushed back to January 10th it looks like.

I have my doubts on the November release date. It seems too good to be true. I'm more willing to believe the January 10th release date, even though I'm still seeing November 29th in many places. Since the OVA/movie has had so many different dates within the past year, I wouldn't be too surprised if it got changed. However, I can guarentee that this is all coming out of a pessimist's mouth.

I wouldn't trust the November date either. I think many retailers are still just using that date until they get a new one.

According to the videoETA site, which reports movie release dates that the studios give them, it's not expected until an "estimated May 2006". Although it's hard to believe it would take them that long, it certainly shows that there is no solid date yet.

Yes, it IS fair. You guys in AU get it "heaps later" because you're farther away, and, just like anime, it'll have to be licensed for your country. LOL. Rolling Eyes

I have a question since i'm in Canada. Would the release dates for the U.S be the same for Canada or would it be later or possibly earlier (though thats unlikely)? Or maybe they'll do what was done with Matrix Revolutions (or was it Reloaded?) and simaltaneously release it on the same day in all countries (though thats highly highly unlikely)?

I have a friend who works at Blockbuster and there official sheet says November 29, though that isnt too reliable. I think I have been waiting to long for this release, I hope I am not dissapointed.

I work at Blockbuster also. That sheet your friend was talking about is a distributer sheet. The lates one I got says the release date is "early 2006." They might use a diferent distrubition then us though. I got our relase info last Friday, so i dont know how current it is.

Confused Most websites say November 29th, like animenation.com and what not, so I do have a belief it will come out in November...

.... but then Bestbuy.com and gamestop.com say different dates. Truely, I am very confused. I wish they would update the American Advent Children website Neutral they said they would update often, but they haven't even updated once. (man I said update a lot... Anime smile + sweatdrop )

I think it will come out the same day as well since Canada and the U.S. have the same region code.
