Someone entered the cast and staff of the game instead of the ONA. Just check the given sources. This is a screenshot of the five cast members on the ending credits. Only the three main characters are correct.

I previously did a lot of searching on the Internet to try to figure out more information on the School Days ONA (see animenewsnetwork.com/bbs/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=1050415). Basically, as far as I was able to tell, the ONA was a version of part of the video for the first chapter of the game (the game is fully animated video), released by the company as an ONA before the game actually came out. However, someone had captured video of the other chapters of the game (with multiple versions for different routes), and had released that on the Internet. I could find absolutely no evidence that those had been released as an ONA by the company making the game, and the oldest place I could find them linked from made no indication at all that they were an ONA (as opposed to being video captured by someone playing the game). It looked to me that someone had later mistaken them for episodes of the ONA, not understanding that the game was fully animated. Previously, the ANN page for the ONA listed six episodes, because people had thought those other videos were part of the ONA. Probably the extra people credited on the page is due to the same confusion, where people basically thought the video for the whole game was the ONA.

Yeah ANN use to say 6 episodes. It was fixed back (changed to 1 episode) in January when I talked about it.
