Akina Abe is the new and currently used stage name of Sachie Abe. Assassin was initially credited to Sachie, but it has since changed to Akina, which is used in the Fate/Zero anime series credits. There are a few staff credits on Sachie that are for a different person, but a split is not needed because (as the currently-provided "About" info states) those credits should be under Yukie Abe. I am not sure if there is any confirmation on the reading of the background artist's name, but keeping all those credits under Yukie would be the more convenient action for the time being, until (if it ever does) any further proof emerges.
