I've just finished watching FMA: Brotherhood and honestly I thought it was an epic spectacle.

Surprised

The Homunculus were a really interesting bunch.

Greed was personally my favourite one. Any FMA fan would probably know why. Had it not been for Greed's character development, Wrath would have been my favourite Homunculus.

Fuhrer King Bradley aka Wrath what the hell man! He's terrifying. Wrath is pretty much what would happen if Bruce Lee was buried in the pet semetary. That's evil but badass.

Since we're talking about Brotherhood (or the manga), I went with Greed. It's definitely self explanatory for a lot of people, but if I were to actually go into why, I fear I would be spoiling things too.

I wonder how different the poll results would be for first FMA series (where I'd almost certainly pick Lust who wasn't even a contender in my mind when it came to the manga)

For me by far Greed. Amongst them he was probably considered the most foolish, but to me he felt like the only real character of the bunch.

Resurrected almost in time for the release of the Brotherhood collection. Neat

And the reason I bought the collection? Wrath, Wrath and Wrath. Wrath versus Greed, Wrath versus Ling and Wrath versus, well, everyone.

Greed would be nothing without Wrath to balance him out and it's pretty interesting how well the two compare. One who has everything but wants nothing besides his wife, maybe, versus one who doesn't have anything besides the loyalty of two wandering servants but wants his own country and immortality yet not for himself. And that's before Greed.

I think the one who doesn't want anything has the more interesting outlook. He doesn't even care he's the only mortal Homunculus. He says "That's life" and sticks a sword in his enemy. It's simple, I like it.

Greed's been my favorite FMA character since the first TV series, continuing to be so through my reading of the manga and watching Brotherhood.

One of my favorite anime characters overall.
