That didn't have anything to do with the series. I was just saying that anyone who writes fanfiction based on the adult Loki is on the same level as the people who's favorite pairing is Jesus x Judas.

Not really since Norse isn't really a religion openly worshipped anymore. Besides, the MaLoki manga is INSPIRED by Norse mythology. She leaves out what she wants, and usues what she wants, and she gives them all personalities and character that mythology discriptions never really gave anyone. They're just characters in her story. Yes characters inspired by someone from history/mythology, but they're still seperate from the original.

Do you consider Belldandy, Skuld, and Urd of O!MG the same exact Norns from Norse mythology? You think the fans do?

How about people who read Ragnarok, the manwha based off a videogame based lightly on Norse mythology to begin with? Or speaking of videogames, how about games such as Valkerie Profile, or the Final Fantasy series which borrows from Norse mythology every once in a while, as well as other mythologies?

Anyway, I myself am a Lokean, and see no problem with reading and enjoying a manga with Loki as inspiration. Heck, with the way the real Loki is, I doubt he'd have any problem with people writing fanfiction about him, especially smut, or homosexuality, or beastality... He was a very open god.

Y'know, I can't explain why certain things rub me the wrong way. But they do. Someone getting off to a character in a story that was based on a god that people worshipped long ago is definitely one of those things.

And I never cared about Oh My Goddess, so I really had no clue that they were based on the Norns until now.
