i'd like to say hello to everyone
i'm new here^_^ i'm so much fascinated by Taeko Watanabe's Kaze Hikaru could anyone tell me whether this manga has been finished or not? i'm informed that there are 16 volumes already. could someone give me some introduction of the story???!!! thanks a lot!!!

The link jade gave should be enough for an intro, it is still running and yes at this moment 16 volumes have been published in japan. The series has not been licensed for US release yet so you would have to buy it straight from japan [Amazon.co.jp]

 i have found the online bookstore in japan
and they've got 16 volumns. the only problem is the products they provide are all japanese vesion only. and i know almost nothing of japanese.
