Someone got confused about the name order and re-entered Kazuto Nakazawa (#1551) as Nakazawa Kazuto (#10432).

I've noticed several reversed family/given name in romaji or kanji recently, coupled with distorted picture submission I've mentioned here. In addition to Mayumi YAMAGUCHI (#4038)'s picture, the entry of Yumi ICHIHARA (いちはら ゆみ, also known as 市原由美, #17290) has misplaced kanji family/given name AND a distorted (uncropped) picture: 
By the way, she and Yumi KURODA (黒田由美, #7429) are the same person. She changed her family name roughly around 2001, possibly due to marriage. I'm still looking for the detail. is an alias of Beau BILLINGSLEA (#4331). *** Skip STELLRECHT (#6223), Hank WILSPANK (#8435), Henry MALLOY (#21512) and Hank SMITH are aliases of Henry Douglas GREY (#4545). The latter alias presents a unique problem, as there appear to be more than one Hank SMITH alias in use (see Mike REYNOLDS) . I am pretty sure that the VA for "The Minister" in Ghost in the Shell (movie) was Henry Douglas GREY under a pseudonym, not Mike REYNOLDS. Also, the character of "Ryu" in Street Fighter II (movie) was voiced by Henry Douglas GREY as "Hank Smith". Finally, Henry DOUGLAS (#14435) is a wrong entry for the same person, and may be deleted.
