Yeah, I remember when Kirika and Mirielle first met Chloe. It was very quiet, and suspensfull, then there was a short little vocal track where they just said "dah" the whole time: Dah dah dah, dah dah dah dah dah dah, dah dah, DAH DAH, DAH! It showed up a few times in the series, and just kind of didn't seem to match with the flow.
My room mate and I would allways laugh when it came on, and sing along. In fact, whenever there's tension, or a quiet scene in a move, to this day, he'll should out DAH DAH DAH! Maybe it's an inside joke, but it always makes me laugh. |
Your roommate must be very popular in cinemas then? Having just re-watched episode ten "The True Noir" I hear that now at the beginning during the courthouse scene. This is, however, not on the STCDs. There are a few tracks that were used in the production but sadly weren't included on the CDs One is the orchestral version, chellos and violin, of "Canter Per Me" without the chorus, "Salva Nos" chorus without the orchestra, and the longer version of the watch melody to name but a few. But there are a few tracks on the CDs that weren't used in the production too so I guess it balances out that way.

I think that "dah dah" thing is more like a sound effect, but only for when Chloe is around. I could be wrong, though.

Chloe has her own theme music with the same title. It has a strange background sound like the sound of suba air bubbles underwater. It's quite erie but fits her personality.
