Pricing is inconsistant in Best Buy at times, so one of my friends who works for the company reminds me, and I have seen prices vary from one store local to me to another store in a different county/city. A store can sell a more expensive item at a loss/cheaper (Geneon) if the profit margin is higher on other related items (ADV/Bandai). What I said about the BB pricing structure here in L.A. and I am not surprised that the BB in Shreveport would have Geneon at a lower price. Given that a few months ago BB sold the titles at S.R.P. there are still a few prices that have yet to be rolled back on some titles but that is an individual case by case basis. |

Thats for Hellsing. I got it for $20. The site is half.com. Most of their stuff is cheap and you can also buy brand new items as well as fairly good ones. [edit: the last two dvds listed (the $90+ ones) were legit, however the really cheap, 2 disc sets were boots. Next time maybe just post the specs of what you purchased, but a good rule of thumb is that if you're buying a series that only has 2 discs when the box set had 4 discs...it's a boot. -L] |
