The site's simulcast lineup page indicates that there is one remaining unannounced series.

There are actually 2 remaining unannounced series. Also, the link for Asarotte's Toy before the above sentence is wrong, and leads to the TO- page.

Anyways, hopefully the blackouts will no affect CR's simulcasts, but being the somewhat patient person I am, I can wait if they do occur.

I am surprised they(Japanese Anime Studios & Japanese Broadcasters & Crunchyroll) have been able to keep things as on time as they are with all the black outs. Its been rather impressive.

I notice that thus far, CR has picked up every single one of the shows from the original leaked list* except Blue Exorcist. There are two blank spots but one was added recently. I also seem to remember an announcement that Blue Exorcist would be delayed airing by a week. Hence, I'm almost 100% certain that the first empty slot will wind up being Blue Exorcist. The other will probably be something completely different that only popped up as on option recently.

*That's the original list, not including the three shows that popped up later, none of which have been picked up interestingly.

Many of these episodes would've been nearly complete (AFAIK, the first two episodes of Steins;Gate had already been finished as of late February....studios try to get a good lead up on the early episodes to ensure as impressive a premiere as possible) by the time the earthquake hit. Ditto for the last few episodes of last season, aside from stragglers like SHAFT and perhaps J.C.STAFF (extremely tight situation there over the past couple seasons).

The question is what will happen beyond the initial two or three episodes. Where timeliness and quality are concerned, all bets are off.

Its Steins Gate ~ the delay there could well have been trying to negotiate for at least premium access for British and Irish subscribers. If it turns out that UK&Ireland region blocks are because of the new UK streaming service, there'll be some UK members of Crunchy who will be slightly less than chuffed about that.

Possible. However, I think it makes more sense to say that Steins Gate represents the 'second' slot that was added later and the original one is still for Blue Exorcist. (Obviously they just list them in order of announcement). As to why it took so long to confirm Steins Gate, it could have something to do with UK streaming as you said. Although, it may also merely be the case that they didn't think they'd have the opportunity to pick it up until the last minute. Who knows.
