A Glitch in Saint Seiya Volume 8

Hi all,
If you have Saint Seiya volume 8 there's a glitch in it, on episode 40 the english voice track is missing the sound effects, I emailed ADV about it and they asked for my name and address and they are gonna see about fixing the problem. Its just the english track, the Japanese version of the episode has the sound effects in it. The rest of the episodes are fine.

My daughter noticed it.
I was too busy cursing the length of Pope Ares's hair. We almost saw something when he got out of the bath. I love the fan service in this one.
She noticed lack of music or something, so we popped over to the Japanese track & it seemed the same, so I wondered if it wasn't a mistake in the original.
I'm waiting for them to announce Vol 9. Need to pre-order bishies. I asked at comic-con & Matt Greenfield said there would be more Seiya.
