It looks like I've triggered an algorithm that has identified me as someone who consistently tries to manipulate the percentages either up or down. Oh, well.....

I try to add enlightening commentary, but let's face it:
I'm far from perfect.

    EDIT: 2020-12-31
I have seen two three videos that examine the concept of "classics" from distinctly different perspectives:
  1. Gigguk | Garnt Maneetapho

  2. Mother's Basement | Geoff Thew

  3. Bonsai Pop | Mike ?
EDIT: 2020-04-11
In this video YouTube user Gigguk (Garnt Maneetapho) talks about SAO in the context of gateway anime.
2 Videos That Share a Common Theme:
  1. "The Greatest Thing Anime Has Done"|Gigguk (Garnt Maneetapho)
  2. "A Love Letter to a Place Further than the Universe" | Isla McTear (Line/link added 2020-06-24)

Seen/Read All (public list) Rating
Kanon (TV 2/2006) Good
Animegomaniac's take
Kasimasi - Girl Meets Girl (TV) Good (dub), Very good (sub)
Seems to me that the dub occasionally misses the lip flaps.....
(ADR Director: ARVIZU, Ruben)
Kasimasi - Girl Meets Girl (OAV) Excellent (dub & sub)
So; does the girl get the girl?
Kaze no Stigma (TV) Good (dub & sub)
Kekkaishi (TV) Good
Kenka Banchō Otome: Girl Beats Boys (TV) Very good (dub), Excellent (sub)

  1. "One Fist"
8:06| And with three minutes devoted to OP/ED, there's hardly any time to offer the setup!
  2. "The Road to Conquering Shishiku"
At 6:28 there is some sort of promotion going on in a screen in the background. Is it the band playing in the OP/ED?
  3. "The Supremely Stoic Punk"
  4. "Fight in the Rain"
The ending had me grinning from ear to ear like I haven't done in a long time!
  5. "Show 'em What You're Made Of! The Great Study Session"
  6. "The Idol Punk Arrives!"
  7. "Concert Brawl"
Gotta say that I'm impressed with the animation.....
  8. "Alas! Such Kind Fists..."
    Reunions revisited.
  9. "Passionate Feelings, Determined Fists..."
The cut up, self-reflective monologues in each episode are really touching to me. I've personally been in that space ─ both physically and mentally ─ a lot.
  10. "Beyond Our Feelings"
  11. "The Witch Trial Begins"
  12. " 'Taking On All Comers! Love, Fists, and Best Bros' "
There's a contradiction in the last episode ─ also, what's up with all of the computer screens?
  • Because of the last episode's contradiction I am rating it at 10/11.
  • The dub I saw has lip flap issues. (ADR Director: ANGELLE, Felecia)
Kiddy Grade (TV) Good
Kiki's Delivery Service (movie) Very good (dub), Excellent (sub)
Kill la Kill (TV) Excellent (edit.dub & sub)
    Pros:
  • Surprisingly humorous; it doesn't take itself too seriously.
  • Nice OST!
    Cons:
  • Some of the action scenes lack any rhyme or reason.
  • Episode #25 (OAV?) is heavy on action and weak on plot.
Kimi ni Todoke - From Me to You (TV) Masterpiece
I was shy as a child as well.

Kimi ni Todoke 2nd Season (TV) Masterpiece
More of the same – and that is a good thing!

King of Thorn (movie) Masterpiece (dub & sub)

    • I've rated it as thus because not only is it a damned good movie, but I couldn't tell how it was gonna end. A fairy tale won't necessarily end in a fairy-tale ending. The OST is also pretty damned effective, as well!
    • Having now read the manga, I can now say that that this movie is unusual in that it actually improves upon the manga. The tragedy is better and there is a really good discussion of Sleeping Beauty, as well. In the end, I'm not surprised of this because in an included interview the director said that that he'd had to submit a number of different scripts to the producer (6? 7? I forget.) before the project was green-lit.
    Theron Martin wrote:
Casting the whole story within the framework of Sleeping Beauty – which, surprisingly, was not done at all in the source material even though it's almost a perfect fit – is a distinct improvement, too.
Kino's Journey (TV) Excellent (dub), Masterpiece (sub)

You just know that Kino is one badass MF.....
    Surrender Artist recommended it.
The ending is tragic. Nice OST.

Kizumonogatari Part 1: Tekketsu (movie) Very good
Kizumonogatari Part 2: Nekketsu (movie) Masterpiece
