Black Lagoon (TV) | Very good | Fucking badass. Awesome characters, awesome situations, brilliant action scenes. One of the most kickass anime ever made. |

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (TV) | Masterpiece
Gad Guard (TV) | Excellent | Another highly recommended mecha (or pseudo-mecha), but for its style. The combination cyberpunk-popart style really gives this anime its own edge. |
Glass Fleet (TV) | Very good | This anime seems slow and pointless at first but is really a decent watch as it goes along through its storyline. You can't help but watch and want to follow the characters and their ambitions. |
Gunparade March (TV) | Decent
Gurren Lagann (TV) | Masterpiece | Epic. This anime is not afraid of anything. The thing about this is that it takes the shonen concept of always bigger, always better and every episode is even more amazing and epic than the last, and this anime does it right ignoring all the risks it carries, kinda like the characters. It's exaggerated, but at the same time, serious. This anime is both pure shonen, and fresh new shonen and definitely a must-see for all people calling themselves anime fans. |
Heroic Age (TV) | Excellent
Hunter X Hunter (TV 1999) | Excellent
Jyu-Oh-Sei (TV) | Excellent
Kaiji: Ultimate Survivor (TV) | Excellent | Amazingly brilliant. The original creator really outdoes himself and creates interesting and logically-stimulating situations where human mentality is pushed to the limit. Combine with a fresh art style and never-seen-before style of storytelling/narration and Kaiji is definitely a work that stands out against the rest. |
Kaleido Star (TV) | Excellent
KenIchi the Mightiest Disciple (TV) | Excellent
Last Exile (TV) | Excellent
Library War (TV) | Excellent
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (TV) | Good
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Second Season (TV) | Very good
Naruto (TV) | Very good | This show is easily misinterpreted and is actually a rather compelling anime with an interesting world, politics, and situations. Out of all the anime I've seen featuring ninja, this is easily the best and most easily liked. |
One Piece (TV 1999) | Masterpiece
Pumpkin Scissors (TV) | Excellent
R.O.D -The TV- | Excellent
Soul Eater (TV) | Excellent
Speed Grapher (TV) | Excellent
Strain: Strategic Armored Infantry (TV) | Excellent
Tales of the Abyss (TV) | Excellent
Tide-Line Blue (TV) | Excellent
Tohai Densetu Akagi -Yamini Maiorita Tensai- (TV) | Excellent | Combines an intelligent brilliance with unique style of both art and storytelling. Best mahjong anime ever made, but even without knowing how to play mahjong it will keep you on the edge of your seats and is recommended for everyone. |
Trigun (TV) | Excellent |
