Indian Language Dubs for Dead Mount Death Play, Tower of God Anime Stream on Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll began streaming Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu dubs for the television anime adaptation of Ryohgo Narita and Shinta Fujimoto's Dead Mount Death Play manga on Tuesday. It began streaming Tamil and Telugu dubs for the first season of the television anime adaptation of Korean creator SIU's Tower of God manhwa on Wednesday.

Dead Mount Death Play premiered in April 2023. The show aired for two cours (quarters of a year) and the show's second half premiered in October 2023. Crunchyroll streamed the anime in India as it aired in Japan. Ani-One Asia's YouTube channel also streamed it in India. Netflix added the anime in India in July 2023.

Manabu Ono (Sword Art Online: Alicization, Saki, Sakura Wars the Animation) directed the anime and also supervised the series' scripts while penning them alongside Yukie Sugawara (Overlord, The Vampire Dies in No Time) and Yoriko Tomita (My Dress-Up Darling, As Miss Beelzebub likes it.). Takaharu Ōkuma (Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater) is credited as "sub-director," while Yoshiki Kitai is credited as the assistant director. GEEK TOYS animated the series. Hisashi Abe (Chobits, Gunslinger Girl, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System) designed the characters. Takayuki Yamaguchi was the sound director. HALF H·P STUDIO is credited for sound production. F.M.F (Yūki Nara, eba, Kana Utatane) composed the music.

Narita (Baccano!, Durarara!!) and Fujimoto (Red Raven) launched the ongoing manga in Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine in October 2017. Yen Press publishes the manga in English as chapters are released in Japan.

The first season of Tower of God debuted on Crunchyroll in April 2020. That season had 13 episodes. The Crunchyroll and WEBTOON production is part of the Crunchyroll Originals slate.

Takashi Sano (Sengoku Basara: End of Judgement, Transformers: Energon) directed the anime at Telecom Animation Film (Lupin the Third: Part 5, We Rent Tsukumogami, Orange). Hirokazu Hanai (Dances with the Dragons, Chain Chronicle: The Light of Haecceitas) was the assistant director. Erika Yoshida (Trickster, Namu Amida Butsu! -Rendai Utena-) was in charge of series composition. Masashi Kudo (Bleach, Hayate the Combat Butler!) and Miho Tanino designed the characters. Kevin Penkin (Made in Abyss, The Rising of the Shield Hero) composed the music.

The anime's second season debuted on July 7. Crunchyroll streamed the anime in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS territories. Crunchyroll began streaming the Hindi dub of the second season on July 29.

SIU launched the manhwa on NAVER WEBTOON in 2010. WEBTOONS launched the manhwa in English in July 2014.
