Ani-One Asia announced last Friday and Saturday that it has licensed the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 - The Conflict anime, and will stream the anime for its Ani-One Asia ULTRA YouTube members in October in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, the Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Vanuatu, and Vietnam.

In addition, Ani-One Asia announced that it will hold theatrical screenings of the anime's first two episodes in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines. The screening in Taiwan will take place at Breeze Cinemas in Taipei on Thursday, September 26. The screening in Hong Kong will take place at the K11 Art House - MCL Cinema on Saturday, September 28. The screening in the Philippines will take place at Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City on Sunday, September 29.

The anime will premiere in Japan on October 5.

The anime's first cours premiered in October 2022, and ended in December 2022 with a one-hour special that combined the anime's 12th and 13th episodes. Viz Media is streaming the anime on Hulu in the U.S. The anime is streaming on Disney+ internationally, and Ani-One Asia is streaming the series in many Asian countries.

The anime's second cours (quarter of the year) premiered in July 2023.

The anime will run for four cours with breaks in between.

The anime covers the rest of the original manga up through its ending. The Thousand Year Blood War arc is the final arc of the manga, and covers volumes 55-74

Kubo launched Bleach in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2001, and ended it in August 2016.

The manga inspired a television anime adaptation that ran for 366 episodes from 2004 to 2012. The anime franchise also includes four films and two OVAs. Additionally, the franchise has also inspired video games, novels, stage plays, and a live-action film that opened in July 2018.
