Singaporean anime licensing company Muse Asia announced on Monday that it will remove the Blast of Tempest (Zetsuen no Tempest) anime from its YouTube channel on May 31 due to its license for the anime expiring.
The anime adapts Kyou Shirodaira, Arihide Sano, and Ren Saizaki's fantasy mystery manga. The story begins with Yoshino Takigawa, an ordinary high school student with a mysterious friend named Mahiro Fuwa. Mahiro made a deal with a witch named Hakaze to hunt down the killers of his parents and sister. Yoshino finds himself involved in a crisis that may doom the entire world.
The anime premiered in October 2012 and aired 24 episodes.
Studio BONES produced the project. Masahiro Andō (Sword of the Stranger, Hana-Saku Iroha) directed the series, and Mari Okada (Black Butler, anohana, Hana-Saku Iroha) served as series script editor.
