posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
This year's ninth issue of Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine revealed on Friday that illustrator Okama will launch a manga adaptation of Kei Sazane's Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjō, Arui wa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen (the War ends the world/ raises the world) light novel series in the next issue on May 11.
The novel series centers on Isuka, a young but skilled swordsman, and Alice, a talented mage. Both find themselves on opposite sides of the battlefield in the middle of a war between two great nations. While the battle allows both to realize the strength and hardships of the other, they are destined to fight each other.
Sazane launched the light novel series with Ao Nekonabe's illustrations in May 2017. Kadokawa published the fourth volume on April 20.
Okama's works include character designs for Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan, The Dragon Dentist, Glass Fleet, Himawari!, Saint October, Getsumen to Heiki Mina, Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, and Captain Earth. Fakku Books published Okama's Hanafuda erotic manga in English in 2015.
