Noragami Stage Play's TV Ad Previews Acting

Avex Pictures began streaming a television commercial for the second stage play adaptation of Adachitoka's Noragami manga on Friday. The video previews the cast acting on stage in costume.
The new stage play, titled Noragami: Kami to Kizuna (Noragami: Gods and Bonds), is a continuation of the story of the January stage play, and features an original story.
Naohiro Ise (Peace Maker, Working!! stage plays) is again directing and writing the script for the play. The following cast members are returning from the first play:
Hiroki Suzuki (Yowamushi Pedal stage play's Yasutomo Arakita, Saiyuki Kageki-den -God Child- stage play's Genjo Sanzo) as Yato.
Keisuke Ueda (Yowamushi Pedal stage play's Sangaku Manami) as Yukine
Kasumi Hasegawa as Hiyori Iki
Ayaka Ando as Bishamon
Takuma Wada (Ace of Diamond stage play's Kazuya Miyuki) as Kazuma
Minami Itohara as Kofuku
Yūki Tomotsune (Yowamushi Pedal stage play's Jin Tadokoro) as Daikoku
Shūhei Izumi as Tenjin
Reina Yoshida as Mayu
In addition, Ryūsuke Nakamura, Bijin Kawasumi, NAO-G, and Kiyohito Marume will play original characters.
The play will run at the AiiA 2.5 Theater Tokyo for 15 performances from February 16-26. Premium seating tickets come with a special bonus and cost 9,800 yen (about US$79). General seating tickets cost 6,800 yen (US$55). Theaters throughout Japan will host "live viewing" screenings for the play's final performance on February 26 at 5:00 p.m.
The previous stage play ran at the AiiA 2.5 Theater Tokyo for eight performances from January 28-31. A DVD release of the play shipped in May 2016.
Kodansha Comics is releasing Adachitoka's original manga in English as well as the Noragami: Stray Stories manga. The original manga inspired a 12-episode television anime series that premiered in January 2014, and Funimation streamed the series as it aired and released it on home video. The anime's second season, titled Noragami Aragoto, premiered in October 2015, and Funimation also streamed that series as it aired.
The limited editions of the 10th and 11th volumes of the manga each bundled an anime DVD when they shipped in February 2014 and July 2014, respectively. The limited editions of the 15th and 16th volumes also bundled anime DVDs in November 2015 and March 2016.
