El Hazard - The Magnificent World BD Set Delayed Indefinitely

NBC Universal Japan's Rondo Robe production company announced that the first El Hazard - The Magnificent World Blu-ray box set is delayed indefinitely.
The series was expected to receive a high-definition remaster from a new 35mm telecine for the release. The set would include all seven episodes of the first El Hazard - The Magnificent World original video anime series in Japanese and English and four bonus CDs for 18,900 (about US$190). It was slated to ship on December 25.
