Next Yamato 2199 Film Slated for Late Fall

The official website for the Space Battleship Yamato 2199 anime project updated on Tuesday and unveiled the late Fall opening date for the previously announced brand new film.
To celebrate the original Space Battleship Yamato anime's 40th anniversary, the Space Battleship Yamato 2199 television anime will re-run on the Tokyo MX TV and BS11 channels starting this April. From April 22 to May 7, the Seibu Gallery at the main Seibu Ikebukuro store complex's Bestukan building in Tokyo will host an exhibition of pencil sketch drawings.
