Sentai Filmworks Adds Shining Hearts: Shiawase no Pan TV Anime

North American anime licensing company Sentai Filmworks announced on Wednesday that it has licensed Shining Hearts: Shiawase no Pan-, Production I.G's television anime adaptation of Sega's Shining Hearts fantasy role-playing game. The company will release the series later this year digitally and on bilingual DVD and Blu-ray Disc.
Most of the Japanese voice cast from the original PSP game reprise their roles for the 12-episode series, which aired last spring. The main voice cast includes Hiroshi Kamiya as Rick, Kanae Itō as Amil, Mai Aizawa as Neris, and Shiori Mikami as Airy.
Itsurō Kawasaki (The Legend of the Legendary Heroes, Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father!, Rental Magica) directed and wrote the series composition at Production I.G Yūko Yahiro (Is This a Zombie?, B Gata H Kei - Yamada’s First Time) served as chief animation director, and Hiroki Kikuta, who composed the music for the original game, also composed the music for the series.
