posted on by Egan Loo
This year's 15th issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine is announcing on Wednesday that a television anime adaptation of Kouji Seo's A Town Where You Live (Kimi no Iru Machi) manga has been green-lit. Shigeyasu Yamauchi is directing the anime at Gonzo, and Reiko Yoshida is in charge of the scripts. Terumi Nishii is designing the characters, while Keiichi Oku is composing the music.
Seo launched the school romantic comedy in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in 2008 after ending his earlier Suzuka manga in the same magazine in 2007. The manga already inspired two original video anime volumes.
The story begins when a girl named Yuzuki Eba suddenly moves from Tokyo into the countryside home of a high school boy named Haruto Kirishima.
