Streaming announced in interview on Otaku News site.

The website Otaku News reports that the Anime on Demand site will stream the series Rinne no Lagrange - Flower declaration of your heart.

In the storyline, a girl called Madoka is recruited by another girl, Lan, to pilot the robot "Vox" and protect her city from space invaders. They are joined by a third girl, Muginami, who has a different goal than Ran. Meanwhile, they still don't know their enemies' true goal, or what "Rinne" might be. The North American anime distributor Viz Media began streaming a trailer to announce its own streaming of the series.

Tatsuo Satō (Martian Successor Nadesico) serves as the chief director, while Toshimasa Suzuki (Sōkyū no Fafner: Dead Aggressor: Heaven and Earth) is the series director. Production I.G is credited with the original story, while Xebec (Broken Blade) is producing the animation. Haruyuki Morisawa (Dream Club, To Aru Hikūshi e no Tsuioku) drew the key visual art for the anime. The car company Nissan is creating the robot designs.

The series began in Japan on Sunday January 8. The Bonichi Shimbun paper reported that the series will run for 12 episodes from January to March, and then for another 12 episodes to July to September. The anime is set in Kamogawa City, and local officials hope that the anime will promote the region, particularly in tourism.

Update -The announcement was made in an Otaku News interview with Andrew Partridge of Kaze, which is linked from here (101 minutes). In the interview, Partridge says, "We're a little bit behind on episode 1, but starting next week, everything should flow."
