Sentai Filmworks Announces Princess Resurrection Dub Cast

Sentai Filmworks announced on Monday its English dub cast for its upcoming DVD re-release of the Princess Resurrection television anime series. Sentai Filmworks will release the complete series of Princess Resurrection on DVD on January 17.
The dub cast is as follows:
- Hime – Shelley Calene-Black
- Hiro – Blake Shepard
- Sawawa – Monica Rial
- Flandre – Bree Welch
- Liza – Luci Christian
- Reiri – Emily Neves
- Sherwood – Hilary Haag
- Francesca – Stephanie Wittels
- Master – Andy McAvin
- Wildman – Samuel Roman
- Poseidon – Rob Mungle
- Zeppeli – Chris Patton
- Hosei Sanagida – David Wald
- Tomako – Serena Varghese
- Ryu-Ryu – Leraldo Anzaldua
In addition Sentai Filmworks noted that Steven Foster will direct the dub.
The Madhouse anime studio adapted Yasunori Mitsunaga's manga about a boy named Hiro who comes to a decrepit mansion to meet his sister. However, his sister turns up missing, and Hiro loses his life during his search for her. The mistress of the mansion resurrects Hiro and reveals herself as Hime, a princess of the monster kingdom.
Princess Resurrection was originally released by ADV Films. Sentai Filmworks licensed the show in 2010 and released a Complete Collection of the series in subtitled-only format in August 2010.
